Greek Yogurt Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
Chicken Breast 4
Cumin 1 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves, minced
Greek Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon 1, juiced
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and olive oil until combined.
  2. Score chicken breasts with shallow cuts — this helps the marinade penetrate deeper.
  3. Add chicken to marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. The longer the better.
  4. When ready to cook, remove chicken from fridge 15 minutes early to take the chill off.
  5. Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat.
  6. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side, pressing down gently to maximize contact.
  7. Rest 5 minutes before slicing — this is non-negotiable or all the juices will run out.
  8. Internal temp should read 165°F.
