Cheesy Quesadilla

Ingredients
Cheese 1 cup, shredded
Tortillas 2 large (10-inch)
Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. No oil needed — the pan should be dry.
  2. Place a tortilla flat in the pan.
  3. Spread ¼–½ cup shredded cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the empty half over the cheese to form a half-moon.
  5. Cook 2–3 minutes without moving until the bottom is deep golden brown and the cheese starts to melt at the edges.
  6. Flip carefully using a wide spatula. Cook another 2 minutes.
  7. Slide onto a cutting board and wait 1 minute before cutting — the cheese needs to set slightly or it all runs out.
  8. Cut into 3 wedges and serve immediately.
