Turkey Taco Bowl

Ingredients
Avocado 1, sliced
Black Beans 1 can, 15 oz
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Ground Turkey 1 lb
Lime 1, cut into wedges
Rice 1.5 cups dry
Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Keep warm.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
  3. Cook 6–8 minutes until fully browned with no pink. Tilt pan and spoon off excess liquid.
  4. Season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and garlic. Stir and cook 2 minutes more.
  5. Warm black beans in a small saucepan with a pinch of salt.
  6. Assemble bowls: rice, turkey, black beans, then whatever toppings you like — cheese, avocado, hot sauce.
  7. Squeeze lime over everything before serving.
