Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
Balsamic Vinegar ⅓ cup
Chicken Breast 4
Honey 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken 4 minutes per side until golden on both sides. Don't move it until it releases naturally.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add balsamic vinegar and honey to the pan. It will bubble and sizzle dramatically.
  5. Tilt the pan and baste the chicken with the sauce as it reduces. The sauce should thicken to a glossy glaze in 3–4 minutes.
  6. Transfer skillet to a 375°F oven for 8–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Spoon all remaining glaze from the pan over the chicken before serving. Every drop of that glaze is precious.
