Ingredients
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Potatoes 1.5 lbs (680g), cubed
Salt ½ tsp
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash and cube 1.5 lbs potatoes.
  3. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Remove when crispy.
