Ingredients
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Banana
2, ripe
Butter
2 tbsp, melted
Eggs
2
Honey
3 tbsp
Milk
2 cups
Oats
3 cups, rolled
Salt
½ tsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking dish.
Mash 2 ripe bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, honey, and melted butter. Whisk together.
Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon (if you have it), and salt. Stir until combined.
Fold in any optional add-ins: blueberries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or peanut butter.
Pour into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake 35–40 minutes until set in the center — it shouldn't jiggle when you shake the pan, and the top should be lightly golden.
Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Keeps refrigerated for 5 days and reheats beautifully with a splash of milk.
