Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs 4, bone-in skin-on
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
Honey 3 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Pat chicken thighs completely dry — moisture is the enemy of a good sear.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Place chicken skin-side down. Do not move it for 7 minutes until the skin is deep golden brown and releases easily.
  5. Flip and cook 3 minutes more.
  6. Mix honey, soy sauce, and 4 minced garlic cloves in a small bowl.
  7. Pour glaze over chicken and transfer skillet to a 400°F oven.
  8. Roast 12–15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Spoon glaze over chicken before serving.
