Ingredients
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Honey
3 tbsp
Hot Sauce
1 tbsp
Lemon
½, juiced
Salmon
2 fillets, 6 oz each
Salt
½ tsp
Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with foil.
Pat salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels — this is essential for the glaze to stick and caramelize.
Mix honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon in a small bowl.
Season salmon with salt on both sides.
Place in baking dish skin-side down. Spoon glaze generously over the top.
Bake 10–12 minutes, then turn oven to broil for the final 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Watch closely — it can burn fast.
The salmon is done when it flakes with light pressure and the internal temp reads 145°F.
Spoon any glaze from the pan back over the salmon before serving.
