Sheet Pan Salmon and Broccoli
Salmon and broccoli roasted together on one pan with a simple glaze. Weeknight dinner in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
Broccoli
1 large head
Garlic
2 cloves
Honey
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
3 tbsp
Salmon
2 fillets, 6 oz each
Salt
1 tsp
Soy Sauce
2 tbsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and drizzle with olive oil.
Cut broccoli into even florets. Toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic. Spread on one half of the pan.
Roast broccoli alone for 8 minutes first — broccoli takes longer than salmon.
While broccoli roasts, mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic for the glaze. Pat salmon dry and season with salt.
After 8 minutes, push broccoli to one side and place salmon skin-side down on the other half.
Spoon glaze over salmon. Return to oven for 10–12 minutes until salmon flakes easily and broccoli is caramelized.
Broil 2 minutes at the end for extra caramelization on both. Serve directly from the pan.
