Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Banana 2, frozen
Honey 1 tbsp
Milk 1.5 cups
Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Peel and freeze bananas the night before for the thickest, creamiest smoothie without ice diluting the flavor. Fresh bananas work too but the texture is less thick.
  2. Add frozen banana pieces, peanut butter, milk, and a drizzle of honey to a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth. No chunks.
  4. Taste — add more honey for sweetness or more peanut butter for richness.
  5. If too thick, add milk in small splashes. If too thin, add more frozen banana.
  6. Drink immediately for the best texture. If using fresh bananas, add 4–5 ice cubes.
